The Kids and Me Single Parent Adventure holidays understand what it is like to want to make the most out of the holiday time you spend with your children.

The founder of The Kids and Me, Richard, originally an army officer, spent some 20 years wearing a suit in an office. But after getting divorced and becoming a single dad he had the time to rediscover the outdoors again, and his holiday time with his kids became really important.

“I found that outdoor activities were a great way to reconnect with the kids, learning new skills together, working as a team and having things to laugh about at the end of the day. The quality of time spent together is immense. With The Kids and Me Single Parent Adventure Holidays I wanted to bring the opportunity for other single parent families, for single mums and single dads who might not see their kids everyday or who feel the time spent with them is being squeezed in between the day to day rush of family and work life, to go on holiday and experience the adventure the outdoors has to offer and not just any outdoors but breathtaking landscapes and unique locations, while keeping a strong element of family comfort with chalet accommodation and great food and company.”
